" My one complaint is that it is a bit difficult to tell that this is a pop up book. " said.

" Lift-the-flap board book about baby and things you find on the beach. Typical Karen Katz. " said.

" I can't hang with an octopus that has nine arms. Serious mistake on the part of the illustrator, editors, and publisher. " said.

" This is a simple Karen Katz lift the flap board book. Nothing new or shocking it is just what you would expect. Ages Birth and up " said.

" I didn't care for this book. I don't have any particular reason why. " said.

" This book is well done. I love the different children in the books. However, in this book there is an octopus and it has 9 tentacles instead of 8. This is not good for teaching our children that octo means 8. " said.

" There seems to be one of these books for every occasion or season. It makes the books a bit repetitive, but also gives you options about which one to read when. This one introduces some things you will see at the beach. I also liked that some of the items discovered instead of the beach ball could be counted. " said.

"15 month old son loves it however he's a curious and active boy - and he ended up tearing a flap (he did that in the insect book too). So not very sturdy - especially pages with small flaps." said.
