" a lazy dog finds a home. a cute story full of humor you should read " said.

" I really liked it because it was about fostering puppies, because it was snowy, and because he was going to be a sled dog.B., age 9 " said.

" A cute book. I appreciated how it described the differences between Alaskan and Siberian huskies. Wrapped up a little too easily, as usual. I wouldn't even say they spend enough time with the dog to really be considered foster parents. " said.

"Bear is a dog, left at a hotel that Lizzie and her family are staying in, as a puppy. He was born into a sled dog family, but his original owner thought that he just couldn`t or wouldn`t pull, and gave Bear up. And Lizzie, as usual, is determined to find a home for this sweet pup, how could she say no? It was a cross country skiing vacation, but Lizzie just wants to stay inside, and play with Bear all day. But she has to go, and about every two feet, she falls down. When Bear goes missing one day, she meets Fern, and neighbor to the bed-and-breakfast. She helps, while Bear is stuck in a cave of snow. Lizzie isn`t good on the snowshoes, either, but she gets on the dog sled with Fern. At first, Fern`s dad says no to Bear, but after a while, he picks to have Bear, as a sled dog, because Bear will pull a sled, he really will!" said.

" Ryland loved this book! He wants them to make a TV series out of the Puppy Place Books. " said.
