"Read this with my 8 year old today. She liked it and thought the trees growing money was quite humorous; I thought the life lesson was good but I didn't love the presentation. A young boy named Tommy sees that all the trees have money growing on them. He can buy anything his heart desires...and so can everyone else. But rather than this creating a utopia, it caused problems. Until Tommy wakes up, realizes it was just a dream and decides to work hard and save for the things he wants. A valuable lesson but neither the story nor the illustrations wowed me." said.
