""Super Sammy and the Bad Monkey Madness" is yet another great Early Reader book by Bolaji! The illustrations are awesome, and this entertaining story about young Sammy monkeying around, then turning into a superhero to save the day, is bound to capture young children's imaginations.
This story involves plenty of page-turning action, plenty of crazy monkeys, and plenty of banana ice-cream! I particularly loved the picture of Sammy having his embarrassing temper tantrum, with a volcano erupting behind him, and steam shooting out of his ears!
As with all Bolaji's books, there is a positive underlying message, to help your kids see that anyone can think through their problems and behave like a hero." Bookworm Gang said.
"What a great adventure Sammy has at the zoo. My granddaughter really enjoyed this book and is asking for it to be read again. She likes when Sammy is afraid to become the Monkey King and the adventure that follows...she loves banana ice cream too." Midge said.
"It's every kid's dream.... to visit a Zoo whilst eating Banana Ice Cream... yea!
So, imagine being handed the Monkey King Crown at the same time.... just heaven. Oh no, not when the money's realise you are not their King, and throw you in jail!
It's time for Super Sammy and Super Bella to rise above the commotion and get them and their friends out of jail. But how can they achieve this? They take on the Gorilla King's challenge to solve 3 difficult riddles. They put their courage, ingenuity and determination to the test and out wit a Lion, a Crocodile and a huge Elephant.... and win their challenge.
However, the Gorilla King still has the upper hand.... for a moment. Sammy triumph's in a big yellow way and releases his friends from the cages.
I could not turn the pages fast enough Bolaji O.... a fabulous book indeed...
... just loved it!" Wayne Evans said.

"This story is a thrill ride and delight to read to children. It's a bit longer than most children's books, so it may take like five nights to read the entire the story. But then, it might excite the kids so much, you'll have to keep reading it to them to the end! As all classic children stories start, "Once upon a time..." there lived a brave little boy named Sammy. One day he and other kids went on a field trip to the zoo. His parents told him to be on his best behavior. You'd expect this from Super Sammy! He loved seeing the animals, but what he liked more at the zoo was banana ice cream. Teacher Ms. Cole tells him he has to wait until after lunch time. Sammy gets angry and belligerent shouting, "NO I WON'T WAIT!" This is not a good behavior, is it? Wow, who would think Super Sammy could lose control like this? How do you think Sammy can be 'cooled' down? How do you think the monkeys are impacted by his behavior? Oh, you and the kids are going to be excited reading this story with the wonderful illustrations. There's a good lesson here for all of us. It's a great adventure and you'll never guess who comes to the rescue! This is a lengthy story which kids will want to hear way past their bedtime! You will enjoy reading it, too!" Nancy L.
