" A great book that gives you a different people to pray over each week who doesn't have a bible in their own language. " said.

" Colorfully illustrated with borders that pick up cultural themes, this book is ideal for introducing primary school children to different cultures and to prayer for people around the world. The text focuses on cultural aspects that will be of interest to children although the vocabulary will be stretching at times. " said.

" What a great way to introduce your children to a cultures around the world and have prayer points (including a bible in their own language) for each one. We also sometimes hear about the ongoing translation activities and hope a new version of the book will be needed soon.Updated to add that I believe this book has been overcome by events as these cultures have received bibles in there langues. Hoping for a third printing with new cultures to pray for! " said.

"The "From Akebu to Zapotec" materials from Wycliffe are excellent resources for kids, teachers, and missionaries alike. Other materials include an A-Z card game, a poster, an audio CD of the book, and a bookmark that covers prayer involvement. Other information is available through [...] or the kids web site at [...]" said.

"Provides awesome privilege to learn about people groups around the world that do not have a Bible. My 7 year old daughter and 6 year old neice loved looking at the pictures, reading the brief glimpses of different cultures told in an engaging way, finding their locations on the world map (provided), and praying for each people group to have a Bible in their language." said.
