"I have been going through this book with my son (4 years old) as he starts learning Mandarin. I love this book because it does something that many bilingual English/Mandarin Children's books don't do-- it not only has simplified Chinese characters, but also the proper pinyin with tones and an English romanization for those who are unfamiliar with the pinyin system. Good English/Mandarin bilingual books for children are hard to come by, and both the First Words and First Animals Touch and Feel Books in this series are wonderful!" ERW said.
"The book is good. I like that each page has one touch and feel item.
I didn't like the binding though. I've bought two of these books. The first one fell apart fast. The second book is holding up." F. Loucks said.
"our little one loves it. He recognize many of the items in the book and can also point out where the items are in the house or outside." Jen said.
"It's an alright book, however there is a repeated page. I was a little disappointed with that. But it's a cute book for any little one." Kay Benson said.
