"Was very surprised how interesting this was. My son really understood the concepts after reading this." Ann Taylor said.
"Easy info for kids. Yet, while I understand this is a Step 4 childrens book, I still would have liked an explanation as to how we "know" the artists built platforms and scaffolds to paint the cave walls. Was there evidence in the caves for that assumption?
Also, the beginning is pure speculation as there is no evidence that a bison caused an avalanche to cover the opening of the cave.
Otherwise, neat little book." Genipher said.
"I didn't realize this was a child's story but I read it anyway. I am so glad I did. I could visualize the Indians painting the animals. It made my imagination go on and wonder what their camps were like, how they dressed, and how long their lifespan was. A story worth my time reading." Sharon said.
