"Part of the Super Skills series, this title walks readers through all the steps involved in making a movie. The book itself is organized into ten different tips that expand on various points including writing a script from an idea, sketching out a storyboard, and how to operate the camera or add sound to a film. Even the least tech-savvy individual should find great suggestions here, and be able to put his/her SmartPhone to use in creative ways. Quite honestly, I had no idea that cell phones could be used in this fashion since I thought moviemaking required lots of special equipment. Not so, according to this book. Teens will certainly enjoy the title and rush to try out some of the tips. Since the book is packaged with a spiral feature along the side, it is quite easy to use, even while in the midst of making that film you've always dreamed of making. The author takes care not to be didactic or too information-heavy, which adds to the book's appeal. The colorful illustrations enhance the book's visual attractiveness as well. " said.
