" I think I've come to love Byron Barton's books. Even if they are predictable. But hot damn, The Boy gets excited about every one of these board books. " said.

" Great book! Fascinating for both my two-year-old and my one-year-old. Simple, fun, colorful, surprisingly informative. " said.

" Bold illustrations and simple text introduce different kinds of boats and what they do. Natalie wasn't all that interested, but she hasn't shown an interest in boats much in general. " said.

" We are reading this one over and over right now in our house. My toddler boy is fascinated by it, and is picking up great new vocabulary words like harbor, dock and tugboat. " said.

" My husband laughed because the illustrations are very much not to scale. " said.

" LOVE this author! His pictures are very colorful and well done. His story is simple, with not too many words on the page. My son LOVES his books too! " said.

" Fun illustrations and simple story. Probably a little young for my kids (3 & 5), and more for 2 year olds. " said.

" 4* art4* storyBarton's books are great - straight-forward and simple, they provide so many opportunities for conversation. I add to the story as we go. " said.
