"This is a must have for all math students. This is beneficial from older elementary aged students through high school. This is especially great for struggling learners. This book is super easy to use as a reference guide when students need a refresher on how to solve a problem. It covers all the important topics and includes formulas that some children might find difficult to commit to memory.

We homeschool and this has become a huge asset in our daily math lessons. It also encourages independent learning. We love it!

"The book, Math Dictionary for Kids by Theresa R. Fitzgerald is an excellent guide into the world of math! There is so much information in this book for children who need help to understand measurements, algebraic ideas, geometry, decimals, fractions statistics, problem-solving and it goes on! Some things a parent might have forgotten since being in school, years ago.

I know when I was young my mom couldn't really help me with my math homework, it took a bit of time to figure out. However, with this book the guidance to each different problem and solution can be figured out by understanding the concept or what the problem is about. Sometimes, in school, you remember a little of what you learned that day and forget once you arrive home. The same with going through summer and not remembering something you learned from the beginning of last year. Therefore, to have a book that covers basically everything needed to know and understand to get an A in math can be found inside.

This isn't for only for young grads, but basically, anyone can use this book! It has everything that you might use in everyday life or just going to school. I can definitely recommend this for parents with kids who need help when they bring home math homework. Even for children who are interested in math and want some help or need help to learn it on their own. Just imagine, this book covers everything you need to learn and know about all types of math problems and situations and formulas that it really can go a long way in helping you achieve an excellent grade without being lost. Now, how it's done is by the examples inside the book, under each definition. One example is like using a Fact Family, which is a group of addition and subtraction or multiplication and division to get the same three numbers from any position of the problem.
Example:
7+3=10 10-3=7
3+7=10 10-7=3

Plus, there is just a bunch of information inside this book that makes it easy to understand and anyone who wants to learn math easily, by visual and text. Finally, I would highly recommend this for a student, parent and even in the classroom! It's easy to understand and gives so much information to help anyone understand math!
