" I think this gave a good amount of digestible information in a short, kids-appropriate volume. This series is pretty good, and this edition is worth reading or recommending to a kid/friend who is familiar with Stan Lee and/or Marvel comics. " said.

" I learned so much about the comic books industry from this book. It is a great read and probably for children in 3rd grade and up. This gives some insight into Stan Lee's life and the inception of some of our favorite supper heroes. Love it!! " said.

" I think of this book is it teaches me a lot more about Sean lee and I learned a lot for about him and this is my level also I'm done so I learned a lot if you want to know about Sean lee I recommend this book to you " said.

" This book was so educational, and mean so educational! This presented me with so many interesting facts. I enjoyed the book because it taught me to not give up. The book discusses Stan Lee's life and how he started making comics. My favorite part was Stan Lee "saved" comics. I recommend this book to all of you comic lovers. " said.

" I really can't emphasize enough how much I love this series of books. They're quick reads and provide lots of fascinating info. The pictures always provide lots of extra fun. A couple things I learned about Stan Lee: *His parents were from Romania*Stan Lee is a pen name from Stanley Leiber. *He wrote some stories for DC comics. *He writes the stories, but doesn't draw the pictures. (I don't know why I always assumed he did both.) " said.

" great biography about Stan Lee! " said.

" This book told the life story of Stan Lee. I learned about all the comics that are credited to his collection. Stan is a very smart man, he is the inventor of Spider-Man, The Hulk, The Fantastic Four, and many other comics. It taught me that growing up Stan did not have much money, his parents were poor. He put in the hard work and dedication to see his dreams come true. If you enjoy reading comics then you will absolutely love this book. I will be keeping this on my must read again list! " said.

"This was a quick, enjoyable read full of factual information about Stan Lee and the world of comics. Do keep in mind that you don't even have to be a fan of comics or have that much knowledge of superheroes to find it interesting. For instance, did you know that there was a movement to ban comic books because they were thought to be harmful to children and to promote violence? This led to the "Comics Code of Authority" approval stamp being issued on many comic books considered to be "safe for children" back in the 1950's. I feel like I learned a lot and that always feels good!" said.
