" Wish the info wasn't all the way in the back and the text so small. Its not a stellar book in my opinion. It's a little artsy-fartsy. " said.

" This "look and find" book was so fun and made my eyes hurts scouring the pages for the animal. However the lost of eye sight was worth the effort. (just kidding my eyes are fine)Also at the end, the information about the endangered animals. I like that is talks about the animal, how many are in the wild, and why they are endangered. Being Nominated for a Beehive Book Award 2018 Informational! " said.

" Fabulous art! Perfect for finding the animals hidden in each two-page spread. :) " said.

" Cool, fun, seek and find illustrations! The non-fiction information at the back of the book tell about each animal and why they are endangered. " said.

" Look-and-Find books are always fun for my preschooler, but the artwork, endangered animal theme, and additional scientific information provided really add to this book and make it one that could continue to appeal as kids get older. " said.

" Attractive illustrations with interesting facts about the featured animals kept at the back. I appreciate how the book contained information as to why each species is endangered, as well as shocking numbers of the remaining numbers left. However, I wish the countries of each animal had been included somewhere, as the animal types were categorised by habitat (the ocean, grasslands, desert etc.) but did not specify where in regards to geography. "This book had me at the title, DISAPPEARING ACTS, A SEARCH-AND-FIND BOOK OF ENDANGERED ANIMALS. Search-and-find, and, animals were my eye targets. And I was not disappointed with author/illustrator, Isabella Bunnell's, presentation to engage young readers into the necessity of saving animals before they are extinct.

Besides being interactive through an animal search of illustrations, Bunnell categorizes the animals in a unique way. How? You will have to read it to find out.

Excellent book for the classroom!

"I am so glad this book is in the SEC in the library. This book is full of busy illustrations that show children the habitat and the animals that are endangered from that place. For example, the rainforest, mountains, desert and freshwater. I like how easily accessible this book is. The first part just shows the illustrations and the animals that are endangered. At the end of the book there is more information about each of the habitats and the endangered animals. For example, there is a drawing of the Giant Salmon Carp, information about where it is found, how many are left, additional information about the animals and why they are endangered. This is great as it allows the children to just look at the illustrations or gives them the option to find out more about why they are endangered. This makes the books accessible for children of all ages in the primary school and I think it could definitely feature within the book corner within EYFS-year 6. " said.
