" Both of these books have rather skimpy text but make up for it with gorgeous illustrations. Highly recommended for the classroom library. " said.

" Simply marvelous! The information about all the the dinosaurs and animals is fantastic and the illustrations that went along with each one was beautiful. I loved how the whole book was layer out; it's very easy to discover different facts and find out fun things about these creatures that I haven't known about before. " said.

"Wow! What a fascinating book. If you have a dinosaur lover in your house I highly recommend running out and buying this book. Not only is the book very informative while still being child appropriate, the illustrations are absolutely stunning. Alonso has done an amazing job of creating lifelike illustrations of the different dinosaurs while sharing little snippets of information about what makes each of the included dinosaurs unique. Most of the dinosaurs that are included have a four-page spread that gives basic information about the dinosaur (Location observed, family, length, height, weight, temperament) as well as an illustration comparing the size of the dinosaur to a human being. The third and fourth pages give additional interesting facts about the animal. Even skeletons of a few animals are included to highlight specific features that made the different species unique. A fabulously delicious book for those young dinosaur lovers in your life." said.

" I have decided that this will be a DINO-SUMMER for me! This beautiful book kicks off a summer of reading about a subject I loved as a child. " said.

"The colorful illustrations by Lucy Lletherland are outstanding!
Beginning with a world map, this amazing book covers many animals from all over the world along with maps, trivia and other information. The last two pages of the adventures lists 58 animals for the individual(s) to look up and review again. There is a large index at the end of the book.
This would be ideal for Summer Reading Programs or classroom settings because of the size of the book.
There is a lot of useful information for YA and adults as well as children.
*This book was gifted to me and I am in no way required to post a positive review.
This earns Five Stars.
