"This was a very creative and imaginative story about a special little girl named Sandy. Although she is very little, she is still able to help others in need, which is a nice message to get across to the kiddos. The grandkids loved hearing about the forest and all the animals that Sandy made friends with. It's a good length to read to little kids, as it doesn't outlast their short attention span. Older children should enjoy it as well, and it's never too late to instill the value of friendship and caring!" Kitty Smith said.
"I am in grade 3 and I liked this book and reading about the hidden secrets in the magical forest. I think that it was good that Sandy made lots of friends and helped them when they needed help. I think that foxes, birds and bunnies are really cute and I really liked reading about them in this book. It even has my favorite magical creature I like in it. =)
I learn’t that even little people like me can help those who need help just like Sandy helped her friends." Caroline said.
