"I like this book because it really gives the real feel of what it was like back when Hitler tried to take over. It showed how cruel the Nazi's were and how they treated Americans.

Hitler. Hitler was a very sick man at the time of the war. He had to take two shots of medications every morning just to stop him from shaking the whole day. He also had a busted ear drum when an assassin tried to assassinate him with a bomb but didn't fully succeed. Hitler was a man that earned for power and hated the people he thought were destroying the world, Jews. So he decided to enslave them so that he could rule over Germany and take over the world. His plans though fail to succeed when the British and Americans fight of Hitlers Nazi Army .

The theme of this story mainly shows the cruelty of power. With too much power, good men can become the evil they feared. The story supports this theme because, as Hitler rose to power, all he wanted was more and by doing this, he was the cause to so many deaths. This shows that once Hitler was elected he became a dictator with the title of the Fuher

" it was ok. The book repeats verbatim entire chapters from Killing Patton, so the author kinda published another book with a similar topic without writing anything new. interesting subject. " said.

" Highly readable but more info about Eisenhower, Bradley and Patton than Hitler. " said.

" Hey short and concise history of the final days of the war, a very easy read, however it is more an overall perspective then an in-depth look at Hitler's last days " said.

" Not so much about "Hitler's" last days as the movements of Allied and Axis troops but still a good read. I guess I thought it would be more biographical like his others. " said.

" It is basically a good summary of Hitlers regime, nothing like Bill O'Reillys, Killing Lincoln (which is one of my favorite books). The number of photos used make this a fast - easy read. " said.

" A grim record of the closing days of World War II in the European sector ... focuses on Hitler and Patton ... begins in East Prussia on October 21, 1944 and continues to the surrender of Berlin ... " said.

" I read killing Patton. This was the cliff notes companion. Enjoyed my recap of hitler. It is a sorry world to. It remember his insanity and the lives it coast. Like all of o'reilly's books to theorist and interesting " said.
