" It was okay, there was nothing wrong with the book at all, but it was missing some of the major parts of the story that make her life story so incredible. " said.

" Such an inspirational story. I love this series of books. Perfect for reading to my children who often beg for "one more chapter"!!!! I don't think you can read this, or any of Corrie's books, and not come away a changed person. God is good all of the time! " said.

" I read the Hiding Place years ago, but this story was just as uplifting. I like how the author just tells the story without preaching and lets the reader draw their own feelings and thoughts and gets a glimpse into the characters life. Very genuine. " said.

" Excellent book!!! A great introduction to the holocaust. Not extremely violent, but it gets the point across that it was horrible. I would not recommend for young children under the age of ten. Corrie ten Boom is an excellent example of the love we should show others, even if they are of a different religion than us. A true example of christian love! " said.

" Goodness gracious, there are no words to express the depths of this book. God's grace, mercy, love and forgiveness are so deep throughout this story, every chapter had me in tears.... My children definitely got used to having me cry throughout reading this. Beautiful story! Highly recommended, and it deserves more stars than 5!!!! " said.

" Amazing story. Read this aloud to the kids and we all loved it. I was afraid some of the story would be too graphic for the kids, but the events are explained in a way that kids could have an understanding without knowing all the graphic details. This book led to some excellent discussions with the kids. Again, this is an amazing story. A must-read. " said.

" Corrie ten Boom is an amazing woman. There was a lot of good info in this book about her, but I think there are better books. Her story is hard to read no matter what, but this was a little easier to read to children. I just felt like they left out some of the great stories of faith, miracles, and forgiveness. " said.

" This book, as do many of the Benge's biographies, begins the first chapter in the middle of the story to capture the reader's attention. The second chapter goes back to Corrie's younger days and shows the reader of her background and heart for service. This biography is a great introduction to Corrie Ten Boom for children or those unfamiliar with her life. If you are already familiar with her story, read her own words in The Hiding Place, and A Prisoner and Yet.... " said.
