"This was a cool book-- not only was it the story of a year in a castle, showing how various characters survived the seasons as well as typical medieval happenings (like a siege and a tournament) but there is also a search and find element with pictures to find on each page-- and characters found on every page so you can track them through the year. My favorite was the prisoner, who had some ups and downs of his own, like when several other prisoners joined him in the dungeon when the Lord began to suspect someone was stealing from him (and indeed, someone was!) You guys loved look for the thief, who was always up to no good, no matter the circumstances!" said.

" What a fun book! This is sort of a medieval "Where's Waldo." This would be a great book to sit down and look at with your child. " said.

" Леон зазначив, що книжка занадто швидко закінчилася, хоча ми старанно розглядали картинки. Багато місяців випущених - і причини цього надзвичайно важко пояснити сину. " said.

" Aaron's very favorite book, with lots of clever illustrations for him to study at length. It's like Where's Waldo for castles/knights but makes more sense - each part of the page is a little story to figure out rather than designed to confuse/hide someone. I love it, too, though some days I'm not thrilled to see it, *again*. ;) " said.
