" I need to know the WHY. I want to know what it all adds up to.It was great, but deceptively uneventful. I want it to keep going why create so many questions in the last two pages?! Ugh, I can't wait another year for answers " said.

" Quite clever. Lauren Child is an excellent author. The characters a slightly on the annoying side, but not enough to ruin the book. Definitely going to read the next bookI would recommend to children aged 8+, and it's not particularly childish, so really all ages should enjoy it " said.

" A little slow beginning but a satisfying read about a young spy in Spectrum. Number 5 and 6 is said to be the last. Not sure about the audience since Ruby is 13 years old but there are adult villains. Fun to read after some of the serious reading I have done this month. " said.

" I love this series it's great for people in the ten-twelve kind off age who want to read something that's not as babyish but still appropriate for there age. The characters are great and the story lines aren't predictable which I love in a mystery novel. All the books in this series are great so thank you Lauren child for being such an amazing author!! " said.

" The Ruby Redfort series is incredible- that's the simplest way to put it. Lauren Child has this amazing skill of foreshadowing and (one of the main reasons I read Ruby Redfort) where she finds a way to relate seemingly unrelated and completely different things in the end that all tie up to make sense of the situation. It's honestly so hard to describe why this series is so good but it's just brilliant. " said.

" I have been reading Ruby Redfort ever since I found out about it in Clarice Bean five years ago, and trust me, this my favourite so far! This book contains action, friendship struggles, super clever maths skills and a gripping but interesting plot. I would love to see Clancy and Ruby as a couple, since they have such a brilliant bond.I would rate this book, for someone who seeks adventure but also is smart enough to understand the complicated coding. I would say, I rate this for around ages 10+ " said.

"As always Ruby Redfort kicked butt.
I absolutely love this series and the characters and I cannot wait for the next book.
Pick Your Poison was probably a 4.5 stars only because I felt like it didn't have much action in it. Compared to the last few books this one was a lot slower, but just as enjoyable.
Clancy and Ruby are some of my favorite characters ever.
And the Count is my favorite villian ever.
This book makes you think, laugh, and also be terrified all at once.

(SPOILER) And I have to say that during this whole series I've been convinced that Bradley Baker was not dead. Only now I'm not so convinced, and rather worried actually. Because he was probably killed, and killed by someone who it is safe to say, I trusted.

"I didn't think Ruby Redfort could get any better but 'Ruby Redfort: Pick Your Poison' is my favourite so far, taking the place of the previous book.

I really respect and appreciate Lauren Child's writing and especially like it in this series. I continue to love and adore the bravery and hilarity of Ruby and Clancy and I also like the white knight hero characters such as Hitch and Agent Blacker. Every character is so perfectly written; I feel like they bring the whole book together.

I felt this book was long but just the right size to fit all of the mystery encapsulated within. All these mysteries from previous books are sure to tie together and the plot line so far has been superbly laid out. I am excited for the last one!
